I am very disappointed with this shop. The tiles delivered were not the correct ones although the order was made 1.5 months before. Finally the tiles are delivered 1 week late, but the dimensions do not correspond to those of the estimate with the key a number of tiles too small for the surface to be covered. Response from the manager: bring back the tiles, the check is not cashed and watermarked: get by with your site! No customer listening and no empathy.In response: We were a week late on the site. And again thanks to the craftsmen who have caught up with you. As for the commercial gesture generously offered to the tiler, it is about the joints for less than 10 €. Your sufficiency is matched only by your incompetence!
